Next level performance for your Super Duty with this PE coilover radius arm lift kit.
These kits are designed to improve performance and capability offroad while retaining great on-road handling. This kit builds on the BDS radius arm design to convert the front springs over to FOX 2.5 Performance Elite (PE) coilovers. These aluminum bodied coilovers offer improved damper performance, better heat dispersion and easy tuning via the DSC (dual speed compression) adjusters located on the reservoir allowing you to dial in the high-speed and low-speed compression settings. These coilovers come pre-tuned and full assembled to easy installation with the provided bolt-on coilover mounting brackets.
The foundation for this kit is the tried-and-true BDS radius arm lift kit that utilizes high strength tubular gusseted radius arms to correction front axle positioning, add strength and increase ground clearance. The kit also includes steering correction with a forged drop pitman arm along with a HD track bar bracket. Sway bar and brake line relocation brackets are utilized along with bump stop extensions. Fox 2.0 Performance Series shocks and your choice of lift solutions to lift and level out the stance in the rear. BDS designs this kit as a complete solution to transform your Super Duty to tame the any terrain. As with all BDS kits, these include Factory Protection Plus offering you a 5yr/60k-mile drivetrain warranty and no fine print warranty on the kit itself. Important Kit Notes
Due to taller factory ride height, Tremor models will not net full advertised lift height. Final right height will be the same as standard models.
Dually Diesel Models Only
Transfer case indexing ring will not fit 6.2L vehicles equipped with the 6R100 transmission.
If equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft, a Carrier Bearing Drop Kit may be required (BDS123402).
38 x 13.50 tires may require minor trimming.
Indexing ring has not been designed to work on manual shift transfer case models. Modification to the shift cable mount will be required.
