Q: Do you price match?

Wow, that must be one sweet deal! Usually our prices are lower than everyone else ( we own the warehouse, after all).  But if you find a better deal, send us a screenshot and we will sharpen our pencil for you

Q: Do you offer financing?

Yes, we do! We use SNAP Finance. Get extended terms or Same as Cash options. APPLY HERE

Q: How do I handle a warranty issue?

Most warranty claims are handled by the manufacturer. We recommend checking their website or calling them first - that is typically the fastest resolution for you. If that doesn't meet your needs, just reach out to us ( please have a copy of your receipt handy).

Q: Can I return an item?

The short answer is yes, but we recommend you contact us first so we can expedite things for you. We do NOT accept items back that have been installed, and we cannot give full credit if parts are missing out of the box. If you ordered online or bought in store and carried it out to install yourself, PLEASE check the box and labels to make sure you have the correct part. Inspect the part for damage before installing. PLEASE PLEASE reach out to us with your questions before you get started. We want you happy, and a little communication goes a long way.
