Most warranty claims are handled by the manufacturer. We recommend checking their website or calling them first - that is typically the fastest resolution for you. If that doesn't meet your needs, just reach out to us ( please have a copy of your receipt handy).
The short answer is yes, but we recommend you contact us first so we can expedite things for you. We do NOT accept items back that have been installed, and we cannot give full credit if parts are missing out of the box. If you ordered online or bought in store and carried it out to install yourself, PLEASE check the box and labels to make sure you have the correct part. Inspect the part for damage before installing. PLEASE PLEASE reach out to us with your questions before you get started. We want you happy, and a little communication goes a long way.
