These kits are designed to improve performance and capability offroad while retaining great on-road handling. This kit builds on the standard BDS 4-link design to convert the front springs over to FOX 2.5 Performance Elite (PE) coilovers. These aluminum bodied coilovers offer improved damper performance, better heat dispersion and easy tuning via the DSC (dual speed compression) adjusters located on the reservoir allowing you to dial in the high-speed and low-speed compression settings. These coilovers come pre-tuned and full assembled to easy installation with the provided bolt-on coilover mounting brackets.

The foundation for this kit is the tried-and-true BDS 4-link conversion utilizing high strength tubular control arms and .25" steel brackets to correction positioning of the front axle, add strength and improving caster control. The kit also includes steering correction with a forged drop pitman arm along with a HD track bar bracket. Sway bar and brake line relocation brackets are utilized along with bump stop extensions. Your choice of lift solutions to lift and level out the stance in the rear. BDS designs this kit as a complete solution to transform your Super Duty to tame the any terrain. This system uses a pair of precision tuned FOX 2.5 factory series remote reservoir coilovers for superior dampening capabilities and fade free performance when your blazing a trail on the harshest of terrains. While utilizing a pair of specially tuned FOX 2.5 factory series remote reservoir coilovers designed for the weight of the Powerstroke diesel Super Duty, the coilovers come prebuilt for 4" of lift and ready to install right out of the box. They use a smooth bore and honed seamless alloy body, 7/8" hardened steel carbon shaft, Eibach coil springs, 6061-T6 billet aluminum ends and specially formulated race proven oil. The threaded body is easily adjustable to dial in ride height to compensate for accessories like heavy winch bumpers. Also included are heavy duty upper and lower mounting brackets that bolt into the factory coil bucket and lower axle mount for easy installation with no welding required. The upper brackets integrate a mount to secure the remote reservoir. An auxiliary FOX 2.0 gas shocks is used up front to further improve dampening capability.

Upgrading the factory stamped steel radius arms this system converts over to a true 4-link design to improve drivability, performance and strength. The heavy duty 1/4" thick steel frame mounted 4-link brackets bolt into factory holes to allow the four massive tubular control arms to be installed. These arms are build from 2" OD x .250" wall tubing with large greaseable bushings. 4-link design optimizes the front suspension geometry and reduces caster change through wheel travel to less than 1-degree.

Also included up front of this system is a forged drop pitman arm and front track bar relocation bracket to correct steering and track bar angles as well as to center the axle under the vehicle. Front bump stop extensions, sway bar drops, and brake line relocation brackets round out the front of this system. In the rear, this kit lifts and level the stance using your choice of a replacement rear lift block or GlideRide leaf springs. The leaf springs use a 5-leaf design with built in overload leaf to assist when carrying heavy loads. New black e-coated u-bolts, brake line brackets and Fox 2.0 performance gas shocks are supplied to round out the rear of the 4" coilover conversion 4-link system.
