For years BDS has been offering HD radius arms for the later model Ford Super Duty, both as a stand-alone accessory as well as included with several lift kit offerings. These offer a massive improvement over the factory-stamped steel units in both strength and performance built for compatibility with a ride range of lift heights. These arms are built from 1-3/4" OD - 10GA DOM tubing, fully welded with support gussets for added strength. They come specially formed for additional clearance of oversized tires and are designed as a direct bolt-in replacement designed for use with 2-6" of lift under 2005-2022 Ford Super Duty 4WD trucks. At the axle mount the arms integrate a lower cam slot designed for use with the supplied cam locks to correct the caster at various ride heights along with large 3-1/4” rubber bushings to minimize road vibrations while allowing for long, maintenance-free bushing life. These radius arms can be used with most kits on the market to improve strength, styling, and clearance, and caster correction and can be used with stock mounts or with drop brackets on taller kits.
